Givon Nissan & Sons ltd founded as a family business in 1981 by the father of the family, Nissan Givon (rip) and his sons Emmanuel and Avidan.

The founding father was a member of the The Israel Diamond Exchange Ltd. at Ramat Gan, and was a member of the israeli diamond business since he was a young boy.

He also was one of the first members of the "Israel Precious Stones and Diamonds Exchange Ltd". (IPSDE).

The second generation, Emmanuel and Avidan, are a members of The Israel Diamond Exchange Ltd.
